How much power do I need for my setup? And is power causing the long irritating beep when I turn my comp. on?

I built a computer and when I turn I get a long beeping sound irriating. Does anyone know what could be causing it?

Here's my setup:

A: Undoubtedly yes. You do not need a kilowatt, but at least 600.
(I'm sure you have a big drive in there.) I would be surprised if your computer would boot at all with that little PS.
