Seemed Good but Broke Quckly
Received this Kingston 19-in-1 Reader today (07/27/10) from Amazon. Opened it up, read the brief instructions (no software required for Windows XP), and plugged it in (to good Dell XPS desktop). Everything seemed to work:
- When attached, four new removable drives appeared under "My Computer" on Desktop Explorer.
- It seemed to read Sony Memory Sticks, Canon Flash Cards, SanDisk SD and microSD cards, and generic versions with...
works perfectly
I needed this card reader to import pictures onto my macbook. I absolutely love it! It is so easy to use, and I've never had a problem with it. Now I have so much more pictures on my computer, and I was finally able to transfer all the pictures to disks. I did rate it 4 stars for durability, because if it were stepped on or dropped incredibly hard, it might break. But this shouldn't be a problem. I am very satisfied with my purchase.
